Better to look for something a little larger that will provide a bit more room and stability. Even a 10 foot Pungo would be more stable and roomy. If you want to fish out of your boat, I really like sit on tops best. If you just want to paddle, go with something a little longer that will give you speed and better tracking.&lt;br /&gt;If you&amp;#39;ve got kids or a wife who can enjoy the Otter, then go for it, and see how it works for you, too.
